The elements that I chose for this assignment were Energy and Time. These elements stood out to me the most because I believe they would easily fit together in a clear descriptive way, and that I would be able to tell a story using both of them together. For energy, my movements were smooth to represent a peaceful encounter, then I moved into sharper movements to demonstrate a sort of chaotic encounter. For a time, I made slow movements for the peaceful encounter and quick movements for the chaotic encounter. I hope my movement was able to demonstrate the evolution of these movements throughout the dance as well as the peaceful resolution.
